Decembr 2016 - May 2018 - Senior Account Manager System Cloud Mid Market
At Oracle Italia, I served as a Senior Account Manager for Cloud Services in the Mid Market segment. My responsibilities included driving sales in mid-market territories with the objective of achieving a 2 million euro profit target in the North West areas of Italy. I coordinated and collaborated with Business Partners and Distributors to establish strong relationships with assigned customers. I also engaged with and worked alongside Cloud Service Providers (such as Telecom Italia) to support the achievement of the assigned quota.Selling Exadata, Cloud Appliance, Sparc System and all System products. Additionally, I developed a marketing plan aimed at enhancing product penetration among competitors' customer bases.

January 2016 - December 2016 - Senior Account Manager Mid Market South Italy
I was responsible for sales in the mid-market territories of Central and Southern Italy. My role involved achieving a sales quota of 4 million euros in the following Italian regions: Lazio, Umbria, Puglia, Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia. I coordinated and collaborated with Business Partners and Distributors to build strong relationships with assigned customers. I also engaged with and worked alongside Cloud Service Providers to support the achievement of the assigned quota. Furthermore, I developed marketing plans to enhance product penetration among the existing customer base of competitors.

July 2013 - December 2015 - EMC Senior Business Manager Service provider & System Integrator
I was responsible for managing relationships with service providers such as Telecom Italia, Italtel, Selex, Almaviva, and Aruba. I was tasked with identifying and developing new strategic opportunities to diversify the client base and gain market share through System Integrators. I defined and implemented business and marketing plans, developed strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to understand the key business drivers influencing purchasing decisions, and communicated with the EMC Italy Board and external constituencies, including Marketing Agencies and EMC channels. I reviewed the feasibility of new markets and their potential growth opportunities, supported System Integrators' salespeople in winning opportunities within EMC products, and aided Telecom Italia in consolidating its leadership in Cloud services and Health Cloud Solutions.I developed new strategies and opportunities in Healthcare integration of patient records, with a particular focus on public healthcare companies and Regional Government entities, supporting the Healthcare industry through the organization of events, education of stakeholders, and Business Partners. Major customers in this area included Regione Toscana, Lispa, ASP Trapani, USL13, Regione Valle d'Aosta, CSI Piemonte, Università di Palermo, etc. I sold converged infrastructure and application monitoring solutions to control and reduce the total cost of operating applications and infrastructure. Last but not least, I supported customers in implementing security solutions based on RSA products. My quota was 22 million euros.

January 2010 -June 2013 IBM Client Executive Alliances System Integrators
As a senior account executive, I was responsible for managing relationships with Area Spa, private lawful enforcement customers in the Cybersecurity Industry, Selex ES, and Telecom Italia as a System Integrator. The last individual quota I achieved in 2012 was 32 million euros (HW, SW, SVCS), 95% of which was based on reselling through Telecom Italia. I worked with many IBM Business Partners to help me achieve my quota, providing accurate forecasts, maintaining a qualified and up-to-date funnel, and reporting to the internal team to create a strong partnership with Telecom Italia sales.I established a robust network with Telecom Italia and introduced numerous solutions, such as Mobile Business Analytics, to the Italian market. I developed a training program for Telecom Italia's ICT consultants on IBM technology to facilitate the reselling of IBM products. I closed significant deals in partnership with Telecom Italia for various customers and in multiple areas, including ISS products (Intrusion Prevention System), Cybersecurity, Mainframe, change management, consolidation, and virtualization, among others.

April 2006 - December 2009 - IBM Channel Account Manager System Integrators
I was tasked with developing a partnership program, incentives, and relationships with major System Integrator companies such as Telecom Italia, Capgemini, Selex Elsagdatamat, Comdata, Deloitte, KPMG, Gartner Group, etc. My significant contribution included designing and developing IBM guidelines to sign a System Integrator Agreement with Telecom Italia. After signing the agreement in 2006, I strategized to increase revenue with TI's sales force, which comprised 1,400 sales representatives, across the entire Italian market (enterprise, large, medium customers). Additionally, I implemented an education incentive plan to enhance TI's proficiency in IBM technology. I collaborated with Distributors (Computergross, Esprinet, Techdata) and Major partners (Vargroup, Matic, Lutech, etc.) to support the commitment, skills, and pipeline to generate revenue with Telecom Italia. The last quota achieved was 18.5 million euros in 2009 (HW, SW, SVCS).

January 1999 - March 2006 - IBM Software Account Manager
I was responsible for IBM software sales to industrial customers, with a particular focus on the Aerospace & Defense and Petroleum sectors. The primary global customers were the Finmeccanica & ENI groups. I developed solid expertise in the Defense and Chemical & Petroleum areas. I collaborated with companies such as Alenia Aeronautica, Aermacchi, Augusta Westland, Elsag, Selex SI, MDBA, Pirelli, Carraro, Safilo, Brembo, Gruppo GD, La Perla, Alenia Spazio, and Galileo Avionica, among others. In partnership with Elsag, I secured several significant deals for AM, Homeland Police, Carabinieri, C4, the Interior Ministry, and also with foreign customers. My role involved selling all assigned IBM software products, including Tivoli, Enterprise Content Management for document management cycles, Websphere, Lotus, Rational, and Information Management, among others. During this period, I managed various projects related to manufacturing companies, particularly in after-sales maintenance for the Finmeccanica group, monitoring production machinery for the GD group, and Incident Crisis Systems for the ENI group.

June 1994 - December 1999 - IBM Business Development E-business solution division
I served as a business development executive for IBM's New Market Division, specifically focusing on Internet services, DVD, and broadcast technology. Subsequently, I became responsible for IBM sales in the Italian market for e-business solutions, with a particular emphasis on Finance Customers, the SMB market, and local government. I concentrated on emerging technologies such as the Internet, Call Centers, Call Path Manager, Direct Mail, and E-commerce

June 1993 - June 1999 - IBM Quality Control Microelectronic Division
I served as the quality control team leader within IBM's Microelectronics division, where my role was to manage and test the production of the innovative "POWER PC" processors.
