Would you like to learn more about my professional experiences? I have always been involved in information technology and electronics. Currently, I am employed at Red Hat, where I share the spirit of innovation and the open organization's ethos. I began my career at IBM, where I worked until 2013. Subsequently, I was employed by EMC until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, I worked for ORACLE Italy, and before joining Red Hat, I was with Veritas Technology.
My approach to study and training is based on a philosophy of lifelong learning. I have always sought to absorb anything that could help me evolve in the direction I deemed most appropriate at the time. My high school diploma in Electronics and Computer Science provided me with foundational knowledge for a career in technology. The early years at the Politecnico di Milano deepened my understanding of technology and a scientific mindset, although I later decided to pursue humanities. My extended studies in Sociology at the University of Milan in the 2000s offered a broader perspective on social dynamics and the motivations that drive society and groups. More recently, I explored the internal dynamics of individuals, including the mind, body, and related disorders. I earned a degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, followed by a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome.

Throughout my life, I have devoted much effort to social causes and understanding the meaning of life. I participated in a journey that led me to undertake a missionary experience in Bangladesh (PIME). For many years, I provided first aid with ANPAS and offered support in reception centers in Croatia during the war. I also served in civil protection during the 1997 Umbria earthquake. I love sports that bring me closer to nature, such as ski mountaineering, canoeing, rafting, skating, and Olympic archery. Over time, I have embraced holistic practices like Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, and energy-vibrational techniques.
